Setting, characters and returning voices
The plot follows Dead True, a paranormal channel that fabricates on-air hauntings. An encounter with “supernatural survivor Yoona” leads the team to Akishima Island, where horrors unfold. Dr. Alan J. Hill returns, voiced by Peter Stormare. The new cast includes Tanner Moore, Janina Gavankar, and Sarah Catherine Hook.
Release window and pre-order details
Until Dawn 2 is scheduled to release on January 28, 2027, exclusively for PlayStation 5. Pre-orders are expected to go live on September 10, per Sony. A video titled “Choice & Consequence” accompanies the trailer material.
